Orders before 3pm are attempted to be dispatched by courier that day.

Cash on delivery is given if you buy a product of minimum 500 Taka, and if it is less than 500 Taka, you have to pay the full advanced amount first.

To get cash on delivery, the delivery charge of Tk 120 must be paid in advance.

We usually deliver outside Dhaka via Sundarban Courier and home delivery via Paper-Fly.

Order from anywhere in Dhaka Metro:

All orders are cash on delivery (except express delivery).

All orders are attempted to deliver within 24-48 hours.

Orders below 500TK will cost a handling fee of 15TK

If there is any problem with a product, please bring the product to our office.

ঢাকার বাইরে দেশের যেকোনো স্থানের অর্ডারঃ

দুপুর ৩ টার আগের অর্ডার ঐ দিন কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর চেষ্টা করা হয়।

নুন্যতম ৫০০ টাকার পণ্য কিনলে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় এবং ৫০০ টাকার কম হলে আগে ফুল এডভান্সড টাকা পে করতে হবে ।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা আগে  পে / বিকাশ করতে হবে।

আমরা সাধারণত ঢাকার বাইরে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি এবং হোম ডেলিভারি পেপার-ফ্লাই এর মাধ্যমে করি।

বিক্রিত পণ্য রিপ্লেস কিংবা  এর জন্য রিফান্ড দিতে ইলেকট্রনিক্স বিডি (www.electronics.com.bd) এবং এর কোন প্রতিনিধি দায়বদ্ধ নয়।

ঢাকার মেট্রোর ভেতরে যেকোনো স্থানের অর্ডারঃ

সব অর্ডার ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে দেয়া হয় (এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি ছাড়া)।

সব অর্ডার  ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে দেয়ার চেষ্টা করা হয়।

500 টাকার নিচের অর্ডারের জন্য 15 টাকা হ্যান্ডলিং ফি দিতে হবে।

যদি কোনো পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দেয় তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আপনাকে পণ্য নিয়ে আমাদের অফিসে আসতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট এর কন্ডিশন এর উপর ভিত্তি করে আমরা একটা সিদ্ধান্ত দেওয়া হবে ।
