How to make Small  Stereo Sound system with PAM8610, Class D amplifier.

 


 

 

Description

The PAM8610 is a 10+10 watt stereo Class-D audio amplifier with DC Volume Control which offers low THD+N (0.1%), low EMI,
and good PSRR thus high-quality sound reproduction. The PAM8610 runs off of a 7V to 15V supply at much higher efficiency than competitors’ ICs.

STEP-1

 

 

First of all, Cut five pieces of female-female jumper wire.
After cutting, we'll get 10 pices of half sized jumper wire.
Each of the jumper wire will have a female header on one side and the other side of the jumper wire will be used to solder with 3.5mm audio connector and speaker pin.
Two pieces of the jumper wire will be solder with the speaker pin.
Others will be used for the 3.5mm Audio connector.

 


 

STEP-2

 

Solder those jumper wires after cutting.

 


 

STEP-3

 

Take nine or eleven pieces of male header pin and solder those pins on the amplifier board.

 


 

STEP-4

 

By following the picture, solder those jumper wires with 3.5mm Audio connector.

 


 

STEP-5

 

 

Now connect the audio jack, power cable and two speakers with the amplifier board by following the circuit diagram and then plug
in the audio jack into audio output of pc, mobile or other device.
